Preference is given to customers in the office. Phone calls/messages will be returned after all clients in the office are taken care of. Please refer to our questions and answers on the tickets page.
If you are unable to make it into the office, we try to setup zoom calls on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

988 Suicide and Crisis Lifeline
When people call, text, or chat 988, they will be connected to trained counselors that are part of the existing Lifeline network. These trained counselors will listen, understand how their problems are affecting them, provide support, and connect them to resources if necessary.
